Student Learning Outcomes Design basic exercise routines, including resistance, stretching and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, and application of frequency, intensity, time, and type.
Effectively demonstrate and teach correct exercise technique for resistance, stretching, and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning.
Formulate appropriate exercise progression and/or regression based on evaluation of a client's needs and abilities
Design exercise programs that apply the concepts of appropriate overload and specificity.
Effectively demonstrate and teach appropriate warm-up and cool-down routines.
