This course is designed to accompany Introduction to Mechanical ventilation. Learners will put into practice basic mechanical ventilation techniques. Learners will begin with basic ventilation operations then study settings and modes as well as interpreting ventilator data. Learners will make basic changes in response to changes in patient status.
