BUSN 370 - Foundations of Leadership5 Credits The course introduces the concept of leadership and associated ideas such as influence, mentorship, and management. An emphasis is placed on differences between leadership and authority in management, supervisory, and other roles. Successful students will be able to apply dimensions of leadership situationally in cross-disciplinary roles where strategic thinking, guidance, communicating goals and objectives, and interpersonal decision-making are a requirement.
