BUSN 371 - Communication and Decision-Making in Leadership

The course explores effective decision-making in business environments. An emphasis is placed on conveying measurable indicators of success to team members through the lens of strategic organizational foundations (i.e., mission, vision, values, philosophy). Theoretical communication techniques such as conflict, negotiation, and power are positioned within real-world case study scenarios to ensure successful students can apply theory situationally.
