BUSN 471 - Strategic Leadership and Change Management5 Credits The course examines how leaders set organizational direction. This includes accepting change management as a framework to ensure long-term organizational success in dynamic global environments. An emphasis is placed on assessing stakeholders and leveraging resources to maximize outcomes. Furthermore, dynamic business environments naturally include unique risk assessment scenarios. Thus, the course includes case studies existing at the juxtaposition of risk and reward that necessitate a comprehension of evolving conditions, with the goal being to craft organizational success.
