Students will be expand on the fundamentals of business management, including understanding the entrepreneurial mindset, learning and applying concepts of management supervision and leadership, and a developing a deep understanding of customer service operations. This certificate ladders into the Business AAS degree.

1. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in an entrepreneurial setting. 2. Identify and practice managerial and leadership skills in a business setting. 3. Demonstrate understanding of effective customer service management, and how it helps companies succeed.
