This course offers support for the application of guiding behavior theory with an emphasis in understanding the individual and cultural characteristics of individual children and families.

Student Learning Outcomes Candidates will provide and accept appropriate oral and written feedback about their performance as a practitioner in a professional fashion.
Candidates will formulate a comprehensive plan for guiding the behavior of children and/or working with families and colleagues in an early learning setting.
Candidates will explore a variety of theoretical models of guiding behavior for positive child outcomes.
