ABE 008 - ABE Math 110 Credits To aid adults who need instruction in basic math skills. Instruction is delivered in a variety of formats including lecture and group activities. ABE Level 1 is equivalent to CASAS scores below 201.

Content will be delivered in a lecture format and group settings.
Student Learning Outcomes Numbers and Quantity: Describe and use place value to 10's place; use place value understanding and the properties of operations to add and subtract.
Algebra: Solve problems with addition and subtraction, using unknown quantities.
Geometry: Compare, contrast and draw 2 and 3 dimensional shapes.
Measurement: Measure lengths in whole units.
Data: Interpret data with up to three categories.
Use transition skills appropriate for ABE 1.
