BUSN 268 - Leadership3 Credits Leadership is the ability to inspire and influence others towards a goal or vision. This course works to develop practical leadership skills to influence the organizational performance for managers and non-managers. Topics include leadership roles and styles; the communication process; team building and group interactions, and the difference between leadership and management.
