BUSN 208 - Employment Laws, Regulations & Compliance4 Credits This course is a survey of the federal and state statutes, regulations, and case law affecting the workplace. Topics include unlawful discrimination, employment at will, equal pay, wage and hour, workplace safety, union organizing and employee rights and the agencies that administer employment laws and regulations.
