BUSN 209 - HR Talent Acquisition and Retention4 Credits This course discusses workforce planning in support of the organization’s goals and the activities and techniques necessary to recruit and select new employees and existing employees for promotion or transfer and to retain those employees in a competitive employment market. Topics include sourcing applicants, candidate selection, interviewing techniques and other selection tools, background investigation, required documentation, and onboarding practices.
