LEGAL 105 - Contracts5 Credits Covers the formation of contracts, contractual provisions, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), remedies and preparation of basic contractual documents. An overview of contractual legal actions will also be included.

6. Recognize and Understand the different types of contacts and how they differ, why they differ and the application of law to different contracts.
