LEGAL 139 - Getting Started: Paralegal Orientation1 Credits Taken in first quarter of the program, this one-day seminar teaches the student Important factors for success in the paralegal program. It includes counseling about career paths, and advising concerning program requirements. It provides information on how to procure an internship (co-op), how to prepare a resume and cover letter, how to succeed in an internship, effective interview techniques, counseling and advising concerning 4 year degrees and law school.
