LEGAL 201 - Estate Planning and Probate5 Credits Includes a review of the Washington State statutes related to probate and probate proceedings. Local court rules relative to the probate procedure will also be examined. Currently existing laws regarding health care directives are also explored. Additionally, the class covers the different types of trusts and other estate planning devices that are often used as an alternative to the probate process.
