BUSN 420 - Lean Six Sigma Processes5 Credits Quality and continuous improvement is one of the foundations on which businesses survive and grow. It is no longer a luxury but a necessity for all businesses and economies to continuously improve the quality of goods and services produced by them. Quality improvement over time tends to increase customer satisfaction, lower the total cost of the goods and services, and enhance the reputation of the firm. Towards this end, the course aims to introduce the essential concepts, tools, and methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma.
