HSER 430 - Leadership and Supervision

5 Credits

Many people believe that strong leaders are born, not made. Moreover, we tend to think that leadership is only for a few unique people who are charismatic, visionary, and possess extraordinary skills. The reality, though, is that anyone can be a leader. Leadership goes beyond a formal title and is available to all who desire to make a difference in their organizations and in their communities.
