HSER 435 - Collaboration and Community5 Credits In order to help clients address the challenges in their lives and reach their full potential, human services professionals must learn how to work effectively within their agencies, as well as between agencies. In this course, students will learn how typical human services agencies are structured and what is needed to work effectively within these systems. In addition, students will learn the importance of partnering with other organizations to leverage our resources and expertise to address larger social issues.
