DSN 430 - Leadership for Designers5 Credits Students will develop leadership skills through exploration of leadership theory and research-based best practices. Using role plays, real life scenarios and case studies, students will apply leadership thinking and problem solving to design situations in the workplace. Students will learn how to engage with end users, effectively frame problems, identify potential solutions, and build prototypes to test assumptions and learn what works and does not work.
