HSER 303 - Navigating the Human Services Profession5 Credits Establishing and sustaining a successful career in human services demands that professionals cultivate different skills, qualities, and behaviors. This course will introduce students to many elements of the human services field, including interpersonal communication, professional ethics, and self-care. In addition, this course will focus on career development skills and experiences.
