HSER 442 - Advanced Field Experience4 Credits Students are required to complete 120 hours of field experience working within a human services agency. Practicum experiences that place the student in challenging and key roles within high quality and established programs are approved by the current department coordinator. Students develop a comprehensive learning plan including measurable learning objectives, planned learning opportunities, and an evaluation method.
