Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of business management, including exploring the role of business in our economy, how businesses are organized, introductory technology used in business, and an overview of the financial accounting cycle. Students will also explore careers in business, and learn valuable academic and career navigation skills.

- Organize and manage daily operations in a professional office setting.
- Use Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to perform practical financial accounting functions within the accounting cycle.

- Using business terminology, explain the major functions of business and their role in meeting organizational goals .
