 I. Enroll concurrently in H SER 141 Practicum Seminar and successfully complete all required assignments.
 II. Complete all required Cooperative Documentation, including learning objectives for the current quarter. III. Help arrange, and participate in a meeting (site visit) to include the student, site supervisor, and faculty supervisor. IV. Maintain professional work behavior and collaborate with the site and faculty supervisors.
