LEGAL 252 - Legal Investigation 5 Credits Introduction to purpose and methods of investigation; practical skills of interviewing, obtaining relevant documents and information, evaluating physical and scientific evidence and planning and carrying out investigation strategy; identification of ethical considerations associated with investigation; and legal analysis of problems and cases.
