SUST 175 - Permaculture & Edible Landscape Design 5 Credits Permaculture focuses on incorporating the natural world in sustainable land use design. Through a mix of classroom discussion time, small group work and hands-on activities, this class will explore techniques for designing and establishing regenerative and food producing spaces.
