Course Outline
- Basics of prevention and awareness.
- Effective targets to strike
- Weapons (voice, makeshift weapons, personal protective devices, body)
- Hand/arm techniques
- Kicks
- Defenses and escapes from holds, grabs and chokes
- Ground fighting basics
- Multiple attackers and weapon defenses
