NRSG 119 - Health and Illness 1: Fundamentals2 Credits A foundational theory course for students entering the nursing program which examines the fundamentals of nursing. Nursing students will be introduced to concepts such as communication, the role of the professional nurse, clinical judgment, person-centered care, safe practice, and structure of the healthcare system.
