NRSG 130 - Professionalism and Ethics in Nursing 22 Credits This course is designed to prepare the future nurse with strategies of self-care and resiliency to support ethical nursing practice. Content investigates both positive and negative coping strategies to stress and anxiety and how nurses are affected. Concepts include professional behaviors, stress & coping, advocacy, anxiety, as well as ethical and legal considerations such as delegation and supervision. Additionally, students will explore topics for their capstone project.
