This seminar is part of the Achieve transition certificate core curriculum. Topics will include student exploration of classroom, campus, and career, including development and monitoring of the Program of Study; classroom, campus and career reflections; and the Quarterly Report.

Student Learning Outcomes
Students will revise their program of study and career plan with planned activities to meet program requirements and learning outcomes and changes to their career goals and timeline for connecting with adult services agencies.

Students will list at least two personal and two community reasons to be involved in their communities.

Students will complete a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer work.

Students will create or update a resume with information from their 10-hour volunteer experience.

Students will report on the activities they participated in and skills developed on campus each week.

Students will complete a quarterly report that talks about their progress toward goals and participation in activities listed on their program of study and career plan.
